Your role as a Restaurant Team Member is to provide and create exceptional guest experiences. Whether you are the first point of contact for guests or help produce the best loved bakery items, your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.
To apply for the position, you will be a positive team player with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer and be flexible to work a range of hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends).

Your Key Responsibilities Include
* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly
* Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer enquiries and referring difficult ones to a Manager
* Ensuring food is prepared and stored safely and that preparation areas meet Health & Safety and Audit standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording as per company process
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Following standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as directed by the shift manager
* Being aware of and contributing to restaurant goals and targets
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking workstations
* Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries and illnesses promptly
* Following correct procedures and wearing PPE as instructed
