Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing, fast-paced organisation delivering installation-led projects across the UK. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple contracts while leading a team of engineers and coordinators.
The RoleYou will take full responsibility for the Contracts function, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, acting as the central point of coordination across all live projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Contracts team, including performance, development and resourcing
* Oversee project delivery from order through to completion, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met
* Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively
* Chair weekly production meetings and manage contract schedules
* Monitor installation progress, resource allocation, and site activity
* Coordinate closely with service, maintenance, and engineering teams
* Ensure accurate contract documentation, reporting, and system updates
* Support commercial processes including invoicing, timesheets, and expenses
* Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and all relevant regulations
About You
* Proven experience in installation contract or project management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Commercially aware with a focus on customer service and delivery
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
* Relevant H&S qualifications
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
