Overview
We are looking for a friendly, motivated colleague to support customers across our checkouts, self-service tills and kiosks, petrol stations, and throughout the store. You will be proactive in helping customers, answer questions, and provide a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
* Always be on hand to serve and support customers on our checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks or our petrol stations, answering questions and proactively offering help.
* Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On-demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
* Build strong knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
* Deal with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising as needed.
* Work flexibly across the store as required.
