Videographer & Video Editor - Hybrid (3x per week in our Castlefield office + Nationwide travel).

The Role
You'll work closely with the marketing team to:
* Film and edit original content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube — everything from team stories and customer spotlights to product launches and mini-documentaries.
* Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, brand stories) into short-form social videos.
* Edit and publish content that drives engagement and sales (testimonials, ads, training clips).
* Client shoot days (products, BTS, client features — UK-wide travel included).
* Capture and showcase Orrest's culture and our amazing clients across the UK.
* Create scroll-stopping, story-driven content that feels natural and organic-first.
About You
* 1–2 years' hands-on videography & editing experience (agency or in-house).
* Strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
* Experience with DaVinci Resolve or advanced colour grading tools (nice to have).
* Confident with professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear.
* A portfolio of short-form social content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc).
* A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, tone, and documentary-style editing.
* Understanding of what works on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
* Ability to work at speed, juggle multiple projects, and keep quality high.
* Must have your own professional camera.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
