Sales Operations Associate – London (Hybrid)

London | Full‑time, Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Remuneration: £38.46 Per Hour
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Sales Operations Associate to support key operational processes, drive business performance, and partner with cross‑functional teams across the organisation. In this role, you will manage project components independently, solve complex business problems, and deliver high‑quality insights that help shape strategic decision‑making.
This position requires strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Strategy Execution
* Define project scope, objectives, and workstreams with minimal guidance.
* Build detailed project plans and deliver high‑quality outcomes on time.
* Conduct strategic assessments, evaluate solutions, and recommend the best path forward.
* Identify operational improvements and help scale process enhancements across the business.
Stakeholder Partnership
* Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders across teams.
* Understand stakeholder needs and challenge assumptions to drive better outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong cross‑functional partnerships.
Business & Market Understanding
* Develop a deep understanding of products, market landscape, customer trends, and competitive dynamics.
* Use industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and risks that support Go‑To‑Market strategy.
Data, Insights & Reporting
* Form hypotheses, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
* Navigate data limitations, improve data quality, and design effective reporting frameworks.
* Track and define metrics that measure progress against business objectives.
Operational Excellence
* Support business rhythm and operational cadence, ensuring strong governance and efficient execution.
* Assist with developing processes and programmes that enhance operational performance.
* Partner with analyst teams for deep‑dive analysis to support decision‑making.
Sales Activation
* Support the creation and execution of product/sales activation strategies to meet business targets.
* Contribute to strategic narratives and business cases for product and customer initiatives.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
* Own business‑critical operations such as revenue reporting, sales bonus/compensation, target setting, budgeting, and headcount management.
* Manage key processes essential for the sales organisation, including incentives planning, funding, and annual business planning.
* Develop headcount, T&E, and resource allocation models to optimise investment across countries, channels, and product areas.
Required Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong experience in analytical or financial analysis, SQL, and working with large datasets.
* Background in digital advertising, media, consulting, investment banking, strategy, or data‑focused environments.
* Proficiency in SQL, database management, automation, or business intelligence tools.
* Demonstrated success in business planning, reporting, governance, or finance operations.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships.
* Self‑starter comfortable working in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex problems.
