Your background
Education & Experience:
12. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, ora relatedfield.
13. Relevant certifications (e.g., CAIP, advanced AI/ML certifications)highlyvalued.
14. Commitment to ongoing education through workshops, conferences, and courses to stay updated with the latest AI advancements.
15. Extensive 15+ years of experience in roles related to business process management or program implementation ina manufacturingindustry.
Leadership & Influence:
16. Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment to drive initiatives.
17. Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices.
Strategic & Technical Acumen:
18. Deep understanding of data, analytics, AI/GenAI technologies, machinelearningand analytics platforms.
19. Strong analytical skills to tackle complex data and/or AI challenges.
20. Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.
21. Able to bridge strategy, governance, and execution.
