A highly regarded US law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (2–5 years PQE) to join its dynamic Dispute Resolution & Restructuring team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes across diverse industries, including litigation and arbitration.
What You’ll Do
* Act on high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes and arbitrations across diverse sectors
* Handle everything from injunctions and mediations to drafting pleadings, managing disclosure, and preparing for trial
* Work closely with senior lawyers on strategy, witness statements, and expert evidence
* Gain exposure to both claimant and defendant work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
* 2–5 years’ PQE in complex commercial litigation (including arbitration experience)
* Strong academic credentials and exceptional communication skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of litigation, from pre-action through trial
* Experience at a leading law firm preferred
