Role Overview
A dynamic and inclusive college in London is seeking a qualified Electrical Installations Lecturer to deliver high-quality learning experiences across City & Guilds Level 1 and 2 Electrical Installations. This role involves both practical and theory delivery, alongside preparation of learning resources and active monitoring of student attendance to promote strong achievement and progression.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and up-to-date lessons across Level 1 & 2 Electrical Installations
Prepare resources and schemes of work to support student learning
Track and monitor attendance and engagement to maximise success
Provide effective assessment and feedback in line with awarding body standards
Foster a safe and inclusive workshop and classroom environment Person Specification
You’ll need:
A minimum Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Level 3 or higher preferred)
The A1 Assessor Award (essential)
IQA qualification (highly desirable)
Up-to-date industry knowledge and a learner-focused approach
