Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist in the West Midlands.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will maintain existing customer relationships and support external sales efforts to expand our customer base. Your role involves ensuring clients utilize Lektronix for all their spares and repairs needs, achieving sales targets, and managing accounts to maximize growth. You will collaborate closely with external sales personnel, handle incoming inquiries, update customers on ongoing jobs, and manage pricing, invoicing, and collections. Your customer interactions will span various manufacturing sectors, from small businesses to multinationals.
The Responsibilities - you will do:
1. Achieve sales targets and manage a geographical area to maximize sales potential.
2. Maintain and develop customer relationships, including key accounts.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.
4. Assess and price repair and supply jobs based on customer needs and potential.
5. Maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
6. Follow up on leads, initiate contact, and acquire new customers.
7. Provide customers with information on pricing, availability, delivery, and order tracking.
8. Support management with business development insights and decision-making.
9. Handle after-sales queries and resolve customer complaints satisfactorily.
10. Coordinate with workshops and escalate issues as needed.
11. Engage with other Customer Service staff, Regional Sales Managers, and the Commercial Manager in sales activities.
12. Gather and communicate important business information and issues.
13. Demonstrate alignment with Rockwell Automation values and act with integrity.
The essentials - you will have:
* Minimum GCSEs in English and Mathematics
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care
The preferred - you might also have:
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Strong administrative skills
