We are seeking an experienced Solar Electrical Supervisor to join our growing renewable energy team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing solar PV installations across domestic and commercial properties, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and lead solar installation teams on residential and commercial sites * Oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems * Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards * Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors * Carry out site inspections and quality control checks * Mentor and support electricians and installers on site * Complete required documentation and reports Electrical Supervisor Requirements: * Proven experience supervising solar PV installations on domestic and commercial properties * Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications and certifications * Excellent knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and grid connections * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Full driving licence preferred If you are an experienced solar professi...
