Vehicle Paint/Prep Sprayer required in Bristol.
1. Starting salary up to £18 per hour
2. 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with optional overtime available.
Our client, an independent automotive vehicle accident repair centre, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Paint/Prep Sprayer to join their busy centre in Bristol.
Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your key responsibilities as a Vehicle Prep/Paint Sprayer will include:
3. Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork to our client and manufacturers' specifications.
4. Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard and polishing as appropriate.
5. Carry out light cosmetic SMART repairs.
6. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
7. Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
8. Maintaining good housekeeping/health and safety standards and orderly administration of your work.
To be eligible you will need to have at least 3-4 years experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer. Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer and an ATA qualification would be desirable however our client is willing to consider candidates with extensive "on-the-job" experience who can work to their meticulous standards. Overall you will have a good eye for detail, be a team player with good communication skills, have an aptitude for multi-tasking, and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
