What the Job Involves This position involves managing a pod of Social Workers, overseeing all aspects of child protection, including section 47 enquiries and assessments. You will handle intervention services and be involved in court processes and public law outlines for families requiring assistance. Responsibilities include supervising Social Workers, covering a duty pod every three weeks, and working from the office during duty weeks. Additionally, you will provide support to other duty pods and cover management tasks when the team manager is on leave.
