Key Role Responsibilities:
* Being a champion of every customer interaction; ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team, and in a manner that focusses on the Vindis Sales Experience.
* Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
* all data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to guide the team appropriately and deliver the most appropriate outcome within your business area.
* Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees within your business area.
Prerequisites:
* Previous relevant experience required
* Previous motor industry experience required
* Good communication skills
* Customer facing experience required
* Good attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence required
