Salt are partnering with a global enterprise organisation and are looking for a Customer Briefing Specialist to join on an on-site basis.

About the Role
You’ll support the delivery of high-quality customer briefings by managing end-to-end logistics and ensuring meetings run smoothly. This includes coordinating room setup, schedules, catering, security access, vendor management and on-the-day support. The role is fast-paced, detail-focused and requires frequent interaction with senior stakeholders and visiting customer groups.
Requirements
* Background in customer briefings or strong experience in events/hospitality operations
* Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
* Confident, professional communicator across written, verbal and visual formats
* Comfortable managing logistics, suppliers and customer-facing tasks
* Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
* Experience using event or briefing tools is beneficial
* Proficient with MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Acrobat
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
