What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries
* Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers
* Support early intervention approaches including mediation and prevention
* Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems
* Support tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement cases
* Investigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breaches
* Carry out risk assessments and support case planning
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partners
* Ensure full compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies
About You
* We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and customer-focused, with experience in housing, ASB or a similar frontline service environment.
* Experience in ASB, tenancy management or housing-related casework
* Some knowledge of housing law, tenancy processes and safeguarding principles
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
