Overview
Resource Capacity Process Analyst – Nottingham, United Kingdom. Join Capital One’s Strategy, Insight, and Governance team to ensure tech investments are backed by the right talent and skills. You will work with tech and delivery leaders to manage personnel and resources to help achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain the resource management framework and move processes from manual to automated systems, improving data extraction and service delivery.
* Analyze complex data to produce clear reports and dashboards.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast resource needs, and provide insights for key decisions.
* Manage the flow of resource requests, act as the go-to expert for the resource planning tool, and provide administrative support for recruitment and budget alignment.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong Excel/Sheets skills.
* Strong analytical mindset and numerical ability to identify trends and opportunities in raw data.
* Basic resource capacity planning knowledge.
* Experience with risk and controls management.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders.
* Strong decision-making abilities with a customer-focused, balanced business approach.
* Experience in SQL and/or data analysis is preferable but not essential if there is a desire to learn.
Where and How You’ll Work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office with a hybrid working model, allowing work from office and home. You’ll be based in the Nottingham office 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
