A well-established financial planning firm is seeking a proactive and organised Financial Planning Administrator to join its established team in Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team by supporting the delivery of exceptional client service and helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the financial advice process.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Administration: Prepare new client packs, manage Letters of Authority (LOAs), and assist with client information gathering and submissions.
* Data Accuracy: Ensure client information is accurately maintained within internal systems.
* Research & Reports: Conduct research on products and providers, and help prepare various reports such as annual reviews, fund switch/withdrawals, Bed & ISA, and new business reports.
* Annual Review Support: Play a key role in preparing client annual review documents.
* Client Interaction: Act as a first point of contact for clients, delivering a friendly and professional front-of-house experience.
* Administrative Support: Assist advisers with day-to-day administrative tasks and help resolve client and adviser queries.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar administrative role within financial planning or financial services is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with financial CRM or planning software.
* Friendly, client-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry.
* A positive, proactive team player with good time management skills.
