Join Our Team as a Part-time Female Support Worker
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £12.80 per hour
Hours: 22.5 hours per week; 7:00am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm – 10:00pm, sleep-in 10:00pm – 7:00am (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis; shifts may vary based on needs)
Contract: Part-time, Permanent

Essential Criteria
To be considered, you should have experience with at least two of the following areas:
* Acquired Brain Injury
* Stroke and other Physical Disabilities
* Positive Behaviour Support

We seek individuals who can stay calm under pressure, are enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of handling challenging behaviors. Support work experience in the above areas is preferred.

As a Female Support Worker, you'll support individuals in living their best lives through:
* Daily Care & Support: Personal care, meal prep, medication, and daily tasks.
* Building Relationships: Understanding and supporting individual needs.
* Empowering Independence: Supporting personal goals and encouraging exploration.
* Social Engagement: Supporting participation in activities and hobbies.
* Respect & Dignity: Treating individuals and families with respect and equality.
Who Will You Be Supporting?
You will support up to five individuals with various health conditions, including acquired brain injury, stroke, and physical disabilities. Support includes personal care, cooking, cleaning, and encouraging independence. Some individuals may exhibit behaviors of concern, but training and a supportive team will help you provide confident, appropriate support.
