What You'll Be Doing
* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and social media.
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets, leveraging market insights and trends.
* Product Expertise: Become a trusted advisor by gaining deep knowledge of our products and services.
* Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and pricing agreements to meet client needs and company goals.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and use data to forecast and refine strategies.
Essential
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
Desirable
