Basic salary: £30,000 - £35,000 p.a.
Additional earnings: performance bonus c. £25,000 - £30,000 p.a.
OTE: c. £60,000 p.a.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting for one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent stairlift companies. With national operations and a rapidly expanding infrastructure, the business sources second-hand stairlifts across the UK to support its growing installation and refurbishment division.
This is a commercially focused role for a confident negotiator who thrives on the phone, understands margin, and enjoys closing deals.
Commutable from: Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Keighley, Halifax, Barnsley
Responsibilities of a Stock Acquisition Specialist:

Source second-hand stairlifts nationwide via inbound and outbound enquiries
*
Negotiate purchase prices to maximise the company's margin
*
Build relationships with private sellers and trade contacts
*
Coordinate collections with the delivery team
*
Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate documentation & stock control
*
Work towards monthly acquisition and margin targets
The Ideal Stock Acquisition Specialist Candidate:
*
Confident and persuasive on the phone (essential)
*
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills (essential)
*
Target-driven with a commercial mindset (essential)
*
Experience in sales, procurement, recruitment, motor trade or similar (desirable)
*
Organised and able to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously
