About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Responsibilities
* Warmly greet clients and pets personally and over the phone.
* Manage appointment scheduling – booking, confirming, and rescheduling.
* Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and process paperwork.
* Maintain accurate client and patient records.
* Provide updates to clients regarding pet care and treatment plans.
* Work closely with our veterinary team to provide an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
* Adept at multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
* Preferably prior experience in a veterinary setting.
* Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
* Meet tight deadlines and use IT systems effectively.
Working Hours
This full‑time position requires 40 hours per week. Shifts are between 8:00am–7:30pm with Saturdays on a rota basis from 8:30am–1:00pm.
