Job Title - Customer Service Executive/ Dunmurry Pay- £30,000 per year Hours - 9am-5pm Job Purpose The Customer Service Executive will support customer service operations across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The role involves managing customer enquiries and orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service support to the Regional Manager at the Belfast site. Support the Managing Director and Area Manager with customer service activities for the Republic of Ireland. Provide customers with accurate and timely order updates. Manage sales orders from receipt through to delivery and invoicing. Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution. Manage and maintain relationships with designated key accounts. Carry out general administrative duties, including record keeping and documentation. Work closely with warehouse, operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Undertake product training and continuously develop product knowledge. Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
