Team Description
KKR’s Global Client Solutions (“KCS”) business consists of ~270 experienced professionals globally dedicated to understanding investor objectives, delivering thought leadership, and offering investment solutions customized to meet the needs of our clients. KCS seeks to “connect the dots” across all businesses at KKR, from our global private equity teams to KKR Credit and Capital Markets, to deliver all of KKR’s intellectual capital and solutions to our investing partners. The group’s long-term objective is to diversify KKR’s client base to include new investors, across all regions and institution types, and to raise capital for the Firm’s expanding product platform through developing, structuring and maintaining collaborative partnerships with our investors. We are recruiting for Analysts to join our Global Wealth Solutions and Global Product Strategy teams in New York.
KCS includes three underlying sub-teams:
* Institutional Client Solutions: responsible for direct outreach to institutional clients and prospects
* Global Wealth Solutions: responsible for direct outreach to wealth platforms, advisors, clients, and prospects
* Global Product Strategy: responsible for managing the various products and offerings across KKR’s platform
Primary Qualifications and Skills
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 (All majors and disciplines encouraged to apply)
* Outstanding academic record
* Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum
* Ability to learn quickly with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
* Team-oriented
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within teams
* Strong attention to detail
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated leadership ability
* Exceptional work ethic and sense of urgency

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$100,000-$110,000 USD
