Daily Duties
8. Lead the planning and delivery of technical design packages across all RIBA stages
9. Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring design quality, client satisfaction, and profitability
10. Coordinate with consultants, multidisciplinary teams, and project stakeholders
11. Conduct technical design reviews, audits, and share lessons learned with colleagues
12. Manage and mentor a small team of up to three direct reports
13. Participate in practice-wide technical leadership initiatives
14. Maintain excellent client communication and contribute to strong long-term relationships
Ideal Candidate
15. Substantial post-qualification experience as a Project Architect or Technologist
16. Professional qualification (RIBA/ARB or CIAT, or equivalent)
17. Strong technical detailing skills with excellent knowledge of UK Building & Planning Regulations
18. Experience across all RIBA stages, particularly stages 3-7
19. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS, with the ability to mentor others in their use
20. Demonstrated contract administration, project management, and financial oversight experience
21. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and organise teams effectively
22. Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and enthusiasm for collaborative working
23. Desirable: experience in heritage or conservation projects
