Our client – a bold and innovative Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand is preparing for rapid growth and is seeking a dynamic Area Operations Manager to lead the rollout and performance of multiple sites across London and the wider UK.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-potential concept at the ground level, playing a key role in shaping its national footprint.
About the role:
* Oversee new site launches across the UK, managing everything from build-out to staffing.
* Support and lead day-to-day operations across multiple QSR locations.
* Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and frontline teams.
* Ensure high standards of food safety, operational consistency, and customer service.
* Analyse performance data (sales, labour & COGS etc.) and implement strategies to improve KPIs.
* Act as the key link between head office and store-level operations.
* Travel regularly to sites across between London and around the UK will be required.
About you:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-site operations, ideally within QSR, casual dining, or fast-casual formats.
* Proven track record of opening new stores and building teams from scratch.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
* Commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with regular travel.
