On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in project management and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of analysing market trends and executing effective marketing strategies across various platforms.
The Role
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
* Manage and oversee all marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Utilise SEO techniques to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
* Create compelling copy for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
* Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
* Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
* Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI on advertising spend.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for the creation of visually appealing marketing materials.
* Maintain organised records of all marketing activities using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
The Person
* Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a B2B environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and social media management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with WordPress for website management.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a flair for copywriting.
* A background in IT or familiarity with technical concepts is advantageous but not essential.
The Package
* Salary £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
