As a PBS lead, you will beassisting with the development, organisation, and delivery of ahigh-quality Positive Behaviour Support approach allowing childrento develop the skills they need to enjoy the best quality of lifepossible. Co-production will be a key part of your role, working inpartnership with children and their families to identify anyindividual support needs, challenges impacting on their quality oflife and develop effective individualisedplans.

As a practice leader,you will ensure our staff teams benefit from the delivery ofperson-centred PBS training, the role modelling of good practiceand coaching relating to individualisedplans.

* A minimum of threeyears’ experience supporting individuals with Special EducationalNeeds

* A relevantqualification (SEN/Health & SocialCare)

* In-depth knowledge ofPositive Behaviour Support(PBS)

* Understanding ofindividual behaviour support plans, young person risk assessmentsand targetedsupport

* Experience ofidentifying and delivering trainingneeds

* Extensive experienceof working in partnership with young people and theirfamilies

* Ability to supportothers to understand behaviours and collaborate to create andimplement proactivestrategies

* You’re alsohighly organised and ready to take theinitiative

* We genuinely careabout our young people (and each other) so honesty and empathy is amust
