Part-Time Administrator – Temp to Perm Opportunity | Meriden
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a small, friendly, and supportive team based in Meriden who are looking for a proactive Part-Time Administrator to join them on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office and thrives in an “all hands on deck” environment.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, with responsibilities including:
o Managing incoming and outgoing post
o Answering calls and handling enquiries professionally
o Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming environment
o Ordering stationery and office supplies
o Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and records
Working Hours:
o Monday to Thursday, 10:00am – 4:00pm
o Flexibility available – hours can be adjusted to suit school drop-offs and pick-ups
About You:
o Friendly, organised, and hands-on approach
o Comfortable multitasking in a varied role
o Proactive and willing to support wherever needed
o Strong communication and basic IT skills
Due to the location in Meriden, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own transport.
