Your Role as SENCO:
* Oversee and manage the SEND provision across the school.
* Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure appropriate interventions and support.
* Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring EHCPs and support plans are effectively implemented.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on best SEN practices.
* Foster an inclusive and supportive school culture.
Who We’re Looking For:
* A qualified SENCO with the NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete it).
* Experience working with students with SEN in a secondary school setting.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* A collaborative and proactive approach to SEN provision.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
