Are you an HR Business Analyst who loves solving problems, shaping smarter processes, and turning complex business needs into elegant system solutions? Do you want a role where your work directly improves the employee experience and drives meaningful organisational change? In this role, you will influence how HR operates, how data flows, and how digital tools enable people across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
* Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
* Document current‑state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and standardisation.
* Perform gap analyses to assess alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
Solution Design & Support
* Collaborate with HRIS and technology teams to design, enhance and configure HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
* Support testing activities – unit, system, and user acceptance testing – and ensure timely resolution of defects.
* Assist with data migration, validation and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to capture insights and share project updates.
* Produce high‑quality documentation, including process maps, functional specifications and user guides.
Continuous Improvement
* Monitor HR system performance and identify areas for enhancement.
* Keep up to date with HR technology trends, tools and best practices to recommend improvements and innovation.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience analysing HR processes and supporting HR technology initiatives.
* Familiarity with key HR platforms (Oracle HCM Cloud preferred) and solid understanding of data management principles.
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and documentation capabilities.
* Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting HR transformation or end‑to‑end system implementation projects.
* Knowledge of reporting tools and data visualisation techniques.
* Relevant certifications such as CBAP, HRIS Certifications or Business Analysis qualifications.
