My client is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join their fantastic hotel team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the property, delivering a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable environment for guests and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out daily reactive and planned maintenance across guest rooms and public areas.
2. Respond promptly to reported faults and ensure timely repairs.
3. Monitor and maintain essential building systems (e.g., plumbing, electrics, HVAC).
4. Support external contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and to standard.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role, ideally in hospitality or hotels.
2. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
4. Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekends or evenings.
