Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a range of roles across multiple industries.
* Work closely with recruitment consultants to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
* Maintain and update the candidate database.
* Liaise with clients to ensure all recruitment needs are met.
* Ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred, but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive, with a positive attitude towards learning and development.
