Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective team collaboration and communication.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
* Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends while adhering to budgetary constraints.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service skills.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during peak times.
* Maintain a positive work atmosphere that encourages creativity and teamwork among kitchen personnel.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the hospitality industry.
