Overall Purpose
bk plus is a dynamic and rapidly growing accountancy practice, expanding across the UK through acquisition and organic growth. We’re looking for a hands on, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and activity across multiple offices.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand remains consistent, professional, and engaging across all channels, supporting the firm’s continued expansion and visibility.
Brief Job Description
* Ensuring the bk plus brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials and offices.
* Devising and implement ing national marketing strategies in conjunction with direction with and liaison with the bk plus Board
* Managing and growing our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram ensuring consistent, engaging and timely content.
* Overseeing updates and performance of our WordPress website, including content and SEO.
* Supporting regional offices with marketing materials, event promotion and new office launches.
* Coordinating marketing campaigns and content across service lines and locations.
* Regular collaborations with office Partners around regional marketing strategies and delivery, to c omplement a national strategy
* Liaising with external marketing agencies, designers and printers to deliver high-quality outputs.
* Managing marketing budgets effectively and monitoring performance metrics.
* Creating engaging content such as blogs, press releases and client communications.
* Use analytics to track visitor behaviour and inform content improvements.
* Develop and implement the annual marketing plan to support growth objectives for new acquisitions.
* Leading on internal communications to ensure a consistent and quality checked approach to group announcements and news
Requirements for the role
The ideal Marketing Manager:
* Has proven marketing experience, ideally within professional services (accountancy, legal, or financial).
* Experience in supporting multi office organisations.
* Is confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Understands digital marketing, social media, and website management.
* Is proactive, organised and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
