We’re working with a world-renowned design practice who are looking to add Senior Interior Designers to their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly multi-disciplinary studio whose expertise spans architecture, interiors, urban design, and master planning. With over 27 international studios, you’ll be part of a global team recognised for design excellence, innovation, and impact within the built environment.
The role is best suited to designers with proven experience in workplace and corporate interiors, strong client-facing ability, and the drive to deliver exceptional projects from concept through to completion. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment, surrounded by industry leaders, with the chance to develop and mentor others while taking ownership of high-profile projects.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and support the development of tender proposals and client presentations
* Work closely with project leads to develop creative, concept-driven design proposals
* Prepare and present layouts, finishes, furniture, and materials in line with client briefs
* Produce detailed design and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with budgets and programmes
* Specify products and materials, considering sustainability and suitability
* Attend client meetings, site visits, and project reviews
* Support seamless project delivery through to handover
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
* 10+ years’ professional experience, ideally within workplace and corporate interiors
* Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and technical design ability
* Proficiency in Revit (assessment required at interview) and Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent knowledge of furniture systems, finishes, and materials
* Solid understanding of building regulations, British Standards, and statutory requirements
* Strong client-facing skills with experience leading presentations
* Experience delivering fast-track projects from inception to completion
* Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and mentor junior colleagues
