Nanpantan Hall Nurture Centre is a small family-owned independent school for students with Autism/ADHD that have the ability to access the curriculum at their age expected level but find this challenging in a mainstream environment due to their Autism/ADHD and Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs. We are a specialist school in Loughborough that caters for young people with Autism between the ages of 5 and 14 and we are looking for an exceptional person to join our team as a SEN Class Teacher who has worked with students that have Autism/ADHD/SEMH and a passion to make a difference to our students and their families.

Nanpantan Hall Nurture Centre is more than a school, it is a support network for young people and their families which focuses on 'Laying the Foundation for Success' The Nurture Centre achieves this by prioritising the development of a pupil’s self-awareness and self-management skills as a foundation for successful social interaction.
What you will need to succeed.
We are seeking somebody that has experience working with primary and secondary aged pupils with SEN and Autism, ADHD who will thrive in a challenging but immensely rewarding environment, who is passionate about supporting the development of social, emotional, life and independence skills and who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of young people and their families, who can work in a team, share their own knowledge and practice with others, as swell as learning from established team members. Knowledge of a core subject area would be an advantage but not essential.
