The Works
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action,supporting your General Manager in running smooth shifts, building great guest experiences, and leading a vibrant team with confidence.
* This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be:
* Coaching and supporting your team to be their best
* Driving great service and energy on the floor
* Helping with rotas, stock, training and team development
* Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests and staff love
* Developing your leadership skills for your future career
