Provide general administrative support to departments and senior staff.
Handle sales orders and process through the system in accordance with the company procedures.
Handle incoming calls, emails, managing the sales inbox and correspondence professionally and promptly.
Maintain customer Training Records, sending annual reminders, supporting Spillcraft trainer in booking training with customers, booking acknowledgment, completion and delivery of training certificates
Booking audits with customers
Assist with placement of sales orders, refunds or exchanges
Work with the sales team and On-Site Support to ensure a high level of customer service is being delivered and customer information is continually cross-referred within the team
