Drive Product‑Led Change Across a Major Transformation Programme
We are seeking a high‑calibre Product & Change Manager (PCM) to support a large‑scale transformation programme spanning multiple operational functions. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role working closely with product, data science, engineering, and operational teams to design, execute, and embed product‑driven change across the organisation.
What You'll Do
* Lead Product‑Led Change Initiatives:
Drive cross‑functional projects that deliver measurable, product‑centred improvements across operational units.
* Operational Process Improvement:
Work across planning and execution functions to diagnose issues, redesign processes, and deliver tangible operational outcomes.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling:
Communicate complex initiatives clearly and persuasively, influencing senior leaders through structured narratives and data‑driven stories.
* Collaboration with Product & Data Teams:
Partner closely with data science, analytics, and technology teams to shape and execute product roadmaps.
* Bring Structure to Ambiguity:
Introduce clarity, method, and pace into fast‑moving, ambiguous problem spaces.
* Own Delivery Outcomes:
Manage end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and business outcomes are achieved consistently.
* Champion Change Adoption:
Drive the adoption of digital and AI‑enabled tools across large‑scale operational functions, ensuring initiatives land effectively and stick.
Key Skills & Experiences
* Top‑Tier Consulting Background:
Experience at major management consultancies (ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain, QuantumBlack, or BCG X) or equivalent roles requiring rigorous problem‑solving and stakeholder management.
* Exceptional Communicator:
Able to simplify complexity, craft compelling narratives, and influence senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
* Change Management Expertise:
Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools, AI solutions, or digital products within large organisations.
* Operational Transformation Experience:
Strong background in process optimisation, operational improvement, or large transformation programmes.
* Hands‑On Delivery Leader:
Comfortable driving projects end‑to‑end with minimal oversight; experience as a Project Leader or Engagement Manager is highly valued.
* Cross‑Functional Operator:
Confident working at the intersection of product, operations, technology, and data.
