37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Start date - Monday 16th June
Hybrid role after training period
Duration - 3 months
Duties to include;
* Prioritisation of calls in-line with Incident and Service Request Management
* Logging of incidents and service requests that enter the service desk via email or self-service portal
* General Administration
* Maintain customer data into the internal system
