Generative artificial intelligence (AI) describes algorithms that can be used to produce new content, including audio, code, images, text, simulations, and videos. It is developing all the time and is now being used as a support mechanism for all kinds of content‑based creations. Applicants who have used AI must declare this.

Responsibilities

* Be professionally responsible for compliance with various legislative requirements such as asbestos, fire safety, environmental protection and building regulations.
* Work within estates and facilities management team to provide a safe, appropriate and cost‑effective environment for effective healthcare delivery.
* Exercise professional judgement across a wide range of estates compliance and maintenance issues taking into account legislation, complexity of systems or interactions and the conflicting demands of the service.
* Plan and organise a broad range of activities, adjust plans or strategies. Including planning multi‑discipline projects which may run concurrently and be inter‑related. Projects may include conflicting requirements/solutions and the post holder will assist and make judgements to find the preferred solution.
