This is an exciting chance to join a school from the ground up, helping to create a safe, structured, and engaging environment for young people aged 11–16 who have found it difficult to succeed in mainstream settings. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, resilient, and empathetic, with the ability to defuse conflict, support emotional regulation, and act as a positive role model. You’ll play a key part in helping pupils develop strategies to manage behaviour, build trust, and re-engage with learning and personal development.
