Finance Analyst Location: Haydock Chase House Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time, Permanent Are you a finance professional with a passion for data, analysis, and driving business performance? Were looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team at Speedy Hire the UKs leading provider of tools, equipment, and plant hire services. The Role As a Finance Analyst, youll provide accurate, insightful reporting and data analysis to help shape decisions across the business. Using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel, youll: Produce and interpret financial and performance reports with commentary. Analyse customer, product, and trend data to generate actionable insights. Support budgeting, forecasting, and external audit processes. Calculate sales bonuses and provide commercial performance analysis. Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support junior analysts. What Were Looking For Part-qualified or qualified accountant (or equivalent experience). Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI and SQL. Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to present insights clearly.
