CRM & Salesforce Lead
- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
- Location: Remote (UK-based only)
- 6–9 month FTC
We are working with a rapidly evolving business consultancy currently undergoing a digital transformation to strengthen its customer engagement and growth strategy. The organisation is at the forefront of building equitable, inclusive workplaces for major brands globally and is now investing in CRM and Martech expertise to drive deeper client connections and expand its impact.
The CRM & Salesforce Lead will spearhead the company’s CRM and marketing technology strategy, building intelligent client journeys and leveraging data insights to drive engagement, acquisition, and client lifetime value. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience end-to-end in a growth-driven, purpose-led environment.
The CRM & Salesforce Lead will:
* Lead the strategy for client segmentation, buyer journeys, and CRM-driven nurture plans.
* Manage email marketing campaigns through Salesforce/Pardot, optimising content and automation.
* Partner with Sales and Content teams to deliver personalised, high-impact communications.
* Analyse campaign performance, applying insights to optimise future CRM strategies.
* Act as the in-house expert on Martech tools, recommending new technologies to enhance client experience.
The role requires:
* At least 5 years' experience in CRM and Martech roles, ideally within professional services or consultancy environments.
* Deep technical expertise with Salesforce and Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification desirable).
* A proven track record developing first-party data strategies, lifecycle marketing, and targeted communication plans.
* Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset, focused on KPIs such as engagement, cohort analysis, and CLTV growth.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, comfortable with evolving priorities and innovation.
