Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for a Part Time Opportunity. This is a Perm position – working 30 hours per week offering a competitive salary Benefits. What will the role involve: Quarterly VAT journals VAT reconciliations Purchase ledger - Sales preparations. Assist with monthly payroll. Sales Invoicing: ensuring correct procedures are followed for new customers, approvals, and credit checks. Credit Control: credit control activities, follow up on overdue payments, and send summary reports on outstanding invoices. General Finance Support: Provide cover for team members when required, assist senior finance staff with ad hoc duties, and help with purchase order processing. Allan Webb offers a hybrid working pattern however this role will require a presence at our Stonehouse, Gloucester office on a Wednesday and Thursday. We can offer some flexibility around hours. Who are we looking for? We are seeking a hands-on finance professional with established experience working within a Finance environment. Excellent working knowledge of Excel: Has the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a Team? Efficient working knowledge of the Microsoft Office programmes. Have ability to work to deadlines. Flexibility to work under your own initiative as well as part of a functional Team.
