Responsibilities:
* Design and implement talent development strategies and solutions.
* Enhance career development initiatives and promote a high-performance culture.
* Lead the development of performance management programs.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment of talent strategies.
* Establish a sustainable global learning architecture.
* Develop metrics and analytics to measure talent management effectiveness.
* Provide guidance to executive leadership on talent management and succession planning.
* Prepare and present board papers.
* Manage a team of 10 talent professionals.
* Lead the Diversity Agenda by defining and reinforcing D&I goals, implementing actions, promoting education, and working closely with networks.
* Champion and role model the Behavioral Competencies and Corporate Behaviors.
