Your new role
The Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects predominantly located in Dublin. Typical projects include shop and restaurant fit-outs, offices, labs, ranging in value from £5k up to £1 million.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring profitability and reputation enhancement.
2. Leading andmunicating with the Install Team.
3. Preparing and managing project plans.
4. Conducting site surveys and obtaining client approvals.
5. Ensuring health and safetypliance.
6. Regularlymunicating with clients.
7. Managing budgets and procurement.
8. Handling valuations and payments.
9. Arrangingmissioning and preparing O&M manuals.
What you'll need to succeed
10. Previous Project Management experience within the construction industry.
11. Proficiency in procurement and budgeting.
12. Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
13. Effectivemunication and interpersonal skills.
14. Knowledge of building regulations andpliance.
15. Full UK/Irish Driving Licence.
