This position is initially a 30-month fixed-term contract. You will be employed by Teesside University but will work at the business partner's premises daily.
You will have access to a dedicated training budget for your personal development, industry-leading technology, and supervision from a leading academic research team at Teesside University. The business partner, Hodgson Sayers Limited, specializes in roofing, building maintenance, and security products, operating from their headquarters in Stanley, County Durham. Their core sectors include Utilities, Housing, Education, and Heritage.
This KTP aims to develop an AI-driven Digital Twin platform that integrates design, simulation, manufacturing, and construction feedback workflows, helping Hodgson Sayers Ltd enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve real-time decision-making.
