📢 Senior Project Coordinator
Location: Bathgate, UK
A leading provider in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join their Project Management team at their Bathgate facility. If you're detail-driven, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the role for you.
The Role
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing assigned projects from award through to completion. You’ll ensure that planning timelines are properly created, tracked, and achieved, while acting as a key liaison between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend internal/client meetings, take minutes, record actions, and support client audits or visits.
* Manage receipt and handling of client-supplied label text, materials, and components.
* Generate project documentation and coordinate with third-party depots.
* Monitor inventory and manage project-specific reporting.
* Set up and support clients using the project tracking platform (including password management).
* Oversee project returns, initiate destruction processes, and ensure accurate invoicing.
* Provide mentoring support to junior Project Coordinators.
* Investigate and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner.
* Serve as on-site liaison for remote Project Managers and step in during their absence when required.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent, with relevant industry experience.
* 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related business role.
* Strong time management and organisational abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive, professional approach with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
