Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is looking for an enthusiastic Community Nurse Practitioner to join the Adult Eating Disorders Intensive Treatment service (A-EDIT). In this role, you will act as a clinical expert, liaising with various health professionals and providing individualized care to adults in need of treatment for eating disorders.
Responsibilities include assessing service users, planning care, and supporting discharge meetings while promoting equality and inclusion for all community sectors, particularly under-represented groups.
